This 2019 Kia Optima LX will come with a rebuilt title because of an insurance claim due to a theft recovery.

  What does that mean:  

Basically, if a stolen car isn't recovered within 3 weeks the insurance company pays the original owner and writes the stolen car off as a total loss. 

 If the car is found after that, it gets a salvage title, and might not have any damage at all.


Vehicle has underwent a state inspection and was issued a rebuilt title which is as good as a clean title. 


 No problems getting plates or insurance.
